We aim to deliver all orders in 3 to 5 days from the shipment confirmation.
We have a 30-day return policy, so there is no need for you to worry. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in a package similar to the original one, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Payment & Orders
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. At this time, we do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
You can track your order using the tracking link we sent you in the shipment confirmation email. You should receive a shipment confirmation email in 1 to 3 business days after your order was placed. If you have not received it, please contact us and we will assist you. (Please check all your email inboxes before, including spam).
We ship from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot ship during the weekend.
Sometimes it can take a couple of days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system. Don't worry, in this case, it means the order has been dispatched and it's on its way to you!
If you entered the wrong information for your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order is not yet processed and shipped we will help you correct it, but we cannot guarantee anything.
When you sleep with the NeoCushion, place it under your back, so that it fills the lumbar gap between your spine and the bed. If you are a side sleeper, just roll over on either side of the pillow and you are all set!
The NeoCushion is also perfect for prolonged sitting sessions at the office, or in the car. Make sure that the pillow is placed on the lumbar area of your back, and it will help you maintain a healthy posture all day long.
The NeoCushion has a removable cloth, which is machine washable. Do not wash the memory foam inside the removable material!
The NeoCushion is roughly 18 x 9 x 4,5 inches. It is optimal for most body sizes.
